Password Program?

Is there a program that can make it were when I open my browser which is "Opera" a window pops open saying to enter a password?

So that only I can get into my browser.

If so can you post a link to download.

I have one.. already..

Just Make Sure you Lock it every time you leave With The windows+L Combo.

Do a google search for password protect exe or windows programs. There is 3rd party software out there that does exactly what you are asking.
