No, I haven't seen this, but I heard about it.........this is really sad...it's like animal abuse.....you know what's even worse???? I saw this clip online from the news about a 10 year old girl that's about 200 lbs. and she can hardly move and get up without straining herself......that's sort of horrible since she's only a kid.
