They also have digital downloads available without DRM for $5. Groups like NIN deserve recognition like this. Hopefully we will see more bands follow NIN and Radiohead's lead.

sadly this wouldnt work out for all bands especially new bands radiohead and NIN have been around for a long time and already have massive amounts of money the same can not be said for 2340238956234562348689235623470 other bands that have record sales as their only income.

Nope. Bands only care about exposure and garnering a following so they can make money on touring. The labels make the money on album sales.

they're pretty decent some of the really old NIN stuff is really good, but only a bit. NIN is actually one guy trent reznor. but he doesnt play all the insturments most of the time nowadays he does synth music.

I saw NIN two summers ago. Trent is very intelligent and talented, he puts together great music.
